Comes with a new gauge and new seals. I didn’t like the coating of fiber glass originally on it, so it was painted white. The black ring is still fiberglass, I recommend painting it as well. Good condition, no weak or broken plastic. Perhaps a bit dirty still on the inside, I did clean it some. Does not include a filter.
