21A Half of a Hayward Micro Clear DE Filter Clamp swimming pool DEX2400J DE4800
THIS LISTING IS FOR 1/2 OF THE CLAMP – IT IS NOT A COMPLETE CLAMP Half of a filter clamp for a Hayward Micro Clear DE4800 DE swimming pool filter (complete part# DEX2400J). This part has been discontinued by Hayward for several years. Part was removed from a working filter that was recently taken out of service. Item is used but is in great shape. There are a few paint flakes and scuffs on the clamp, but that is just a cosmetic issue and does not effect the usability of this part. This clamp will also fit the DE2400, DE3600, DE6000 and DE7200. The threads on the clamp bolt are intact and in good shape. The brass barrel nut and spring assembly are in great shape with no damage and light wear from normal use. This clamp will only fit the older Hayward Micro Clear filters and will NOT fit the more modern Pro Grid filters even though the tanks look similar. It measures 21 3/4 at the 2 widest edges in the middle. I included a picture of the filter this part was will fit. The picture of the filter is for reference only and the complete filter is not included in this listing. Great way to repair your worn out filter clamp without having to pay for a new filter.
