The fins (see photos) Don’t show any salt deposits, so it appears brand new in that respect. There are some scratches and blemishes on the feet of this item (see photos) but nothing to get in a fuss over. It’s been tested and it works great. This saltwater system, model 26668ES and is ideal for maintaining clean and clear water in your backyard pool without a large chlorine expense.
