PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT: Our pickups are commercial pickups, the truck comes and takes items by the pallet, this means, it will not scan in like it would if you drop at post office. This very often causes a delay in the first scan. However, our distribution center has progressively gotten worse at scanning these in. Often, we will see scans that skip KC entirely and don’t get scanned in until it reaches buyers local distribution center. Obviously, this is inconvenient to not have updated tracking the entire process, but most of our packages get delivered within a very timely matter and ones that don’t are out of our control.
