There are no damages or anything wrong with this filter, the customer simply decided to upgrade to a cartridge filter system. The black band that holds the top and bottom tight together is a little bit flaky, but it still works just as it shows and if you were to get a new band to go on this, this filter would look like new. The grids inside are all good, but I have not yet gotten a chance to break this filter down completely, and spray the grids off. As of right now this whole filter system works just as it should, and will require regular maintenance after installation. There are some scuffs on the filter, body due to being pre-owned and transport and storage. This filter will make a great replacement or upgrade to your pool system.
